John H Jackson WTO Moot

This moot is a simulated hearing under the rules of the World Trade Organisation dispute settlement system involving exchanges of written submissions and adversarial hearings before panelists on international trade law issues. It is one of two moots organised by the European Law Students' Association - it was previously known as the ELSA Moot Court Competition on WTO Law or EMC2 - with the technical support of the WTO. Due to travel restrictions brought about by COVID-19, the 2019/20 and 2020/21 editions were held online. 2021/22 saw a return to in-person rounds for the international edition.
