Oxford Intellectual Property Moot

Hosted by Oxford University's Intellectual Property Research Centre, the Oxford IP Moot covers all three of the main regimes: copyright, trademark, and patents. The relevant IP rules are drawn from the UK and elsewhere. The championship final routinely features Queen's Counsel and judges from the UK Supreme Court and Court of Appeal of England and Wales. Due to travel restrictions brought about by COVID-19, the 2019/20 edition was cancelled, and the 2020/21 edition held online. 2021/22 saw a return to in-person rounds for the international edition.
