African Human Rights Moot

This moot simulates proceedings before the African Court on Human and Peoples' Rights, with the moot problem based on the African Charter on Human and People's Rights. A unique feature of this competition is that after the preliminary rounds and semi-finals, the competition ceases to have single-university participation as the finalist teams are recomposed into two combined teams. Competitors can also any of these three languages: English, French, and Portuguese. Due to travel restrictions brought about by COVID-19, the 2019/20 and 2020/21 editions were held online.
